windows 10 update
As you may be aware Windows 10 has been released. This is great news and we are excited about this. It will obviously work well with Microsoft software eg Office 2010/2013 for Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint/Access However, where you run other 3rd party software which is critical to your business, we would suggest that you contact all the relevant application providers and ask them to confirm that their software is 100% compatible with the new Windows 10 operating system. If they confirm yes - then please let us know and we will be happy to assist you with the upgrade to Windows 10. In the short term I would recommend that you send an email around your colleagues and advise them if they are presented with the option to upgrade to Windows 10 that under no circumstances should they proceed until directed to do so. This will mitigate the risk of their access to critical software being disrupted for a lengthy period.
