You can gather all of the required information to setup Zoiper account on a clients computer from the mtx portal. Below is the information used to complete setup for Cheryl Shaw.
If you open the Zoiper software as seen below;
You then select “Settings” located just above the “Find a contact” searchbar. Once in here if you select “Preferences” this should take you to a page that allows a new account to be added.
Once presented with the screen above, if you select “SIP”.
You should then be presented with a screen that looks similar to the above, if you input the details here from the first screenshot. So for example
- User / user@host: nxxxxxxxxxxxx
- Password: sxxxxxxxxxxx
- Domain / Outbound proxy: sip01.mtx.cloud
Finally, you should be presented with the screen seen above. Check over the information and ensure it appears as it does on the portal. The “Outbound options” are not needed, this can be left blank.
